The female passenger noticed the driver placing his hands inside his pants while moving back and forth, causing moaning sounds while staring at her. The student added that she was wearing her college shirt and straight-cut jeans when the incident happened.
The victim managed to take a photo of the jeepney’s license plate, which read FAJ 7642. The jeepney was operating on the Bata-Libertad route at the time of the incident.
The college student has filed a complaint against the modernized jeepney driver.
