The non-showbiz husband of Angeline Quinto is being ridiculed online and the singer has this to say about it.
Last month, Kapamilya singer Angeline Quinto tied the knot with her non-showbiz partner Nonrev Daquina. It was held on April 25 at the Quiapo Church. They have this Filipino-style wedding and the singer is grateful for having her dream wedding become a reality.
Angeline and Nonrev’s wedding was attended by their closest friends and families including their celebrity friends.
Among the principal sponsors include Regine Velasquez, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Martin Nieverra, Vicki Belo, and Tito Boy. Kapamilya superstar Vice Ganda was her maid of honor while Sarah Geronimo was the only flower girl.
It is no secret that her husband now has children with his previous partners. In a previous article, Nonrev addressed the “batang ama” issue and did not deny it. He has two children with his first partner and one with his second partner – all girls. Sylvio is his only son so far with the Kapamilya singer as they are expecting another girl in Angeline’s second pregnancy.
While all is in the past now and in the present, things have been ironed already, some people could seem not to get over with his past. Some people online still ridiculed him for his past but this time around, Angeline finally stood up for him.
In a post, Angeline penned a loving message to the man she married and the same person who saved her from drowning when her Mama Bob died. Their relationship wasn’t easy at first but he still stayed with her especially during the time when she needed him the most.
“Nung panahong ayaw ko ng kumanta at magtrabaho dahil sa pag kawala ng Mama🥹 Ikaw ang naging kakampi at inspirasyon ko. At ang pag dating ni Sylvio ang nagbago ng buhay ko,” she wrote.
With so much love she felt for him, she was able to write a song which they also used when she marched as his bride. It is called “Salamat Ika’y Dumating” and her post was enveloped with a promise that she will always fight for him.
