SHARON CUNETA AND KC CONCEPCION – In an interview, the Megastar revealed that she and her eldest are currently estranged. This is not the first time that they’ve had a conflict and as per the veteran star, being estranged with her daughter pains her. KC is her child with her ex-husband Gabby Concepcion.
Sharon Cuneta and KC Concepcion Are ‘Estranged’
In an interview, Sharon Cuneta admitted this about her daughter KC.
Megastar Sharon Cuneta has this revelation about her current relationship with her eldest child KC Concepcion.
“I’m very, very hurt…”
It is public knowledge that Sharon Cuneta and KC Concepcion have this quite rough relationship. The last time they were seen together was during the concert the Megastar had with Gabby Concepcion, KC’s father.
After the concert, nothing was heard from them including during the birthday of KC.
Recently, in a Tiktok video shared by entertainment reporter MJ Marfori, the Megastar revealed that she and her eldest child are going through some problems but did not divulge much about the specific details.
She revealed, “Ano man ang problema namin ng panganay ko, because at this point, we’re estranged, and I’m very, very hurt pero there are things na tama na ‘yun, there are things na amin na lang.”
However, no matter what happens, she will always love her daughter. All she could do, for now, as a mother, is to endure but she also acknowledged her human nature to also get tired in exerting effort. She expressed that this point will eventually come because she’s already tired.
“Tiis-tiis na lang bilang nanay, pero dadating sa point na ayaw ko na ring isiksik ‘yung sarili ko sa ayaw sa akin. I’m tired na,” she said.
Meanwhile, Sharon and Kiko Pangilinan filed libel case versus Cristy Fermin “broadcasting baseless and malicious statements regarding their personal and family affairs”. The specific reason remained undisclosed but previously, Fermin claimed that Sharon and KC’s on-and-off relationship was because of KC losing a valuable possession by her Megastar mother.
KC is the only daughter of Sharon with Gabby. They tied the knot in 1984 and welcomed KC a year later, however, they separated in 1987 and their marriage got officially annulled in 1993.
