Car Driver Earns Praise for Successfully Preventing Accident Despite Suffering Stroke
Car driver successfully prevented an accident as he pulled over to the side after suffering a heat stroke behind the wheel.
The driver from Jinhua, China emerged slowly from the vehicle and collapsed on the road. The highway patrol officers arrived at the scene and immediately helped the driver lying on the ground. The incident reportedly took place in Jinhua, China.
“When we arrived at the scene, the man was slurring his words and experiencing convulsions, making it difficult to determine the cause,” Jinhua Highway Patrol Ren Bo said.
The officers wasted no time and immediately called for medical rescuers, who quickly transported the man to the hospital. It was later revealed through examination that the man had suffered a sudden cerebral hemorrhage, commonly known as a brain hemorrhage while driving.
This type of stroke resulted in numbness on the left side of the man’s body, making it challenging for him to control the vehicle. Despite his condition, the driver used the right side of his body to maneuver the car and safely pull over, preventing a potential accident.
Unfortunately, his body gave out as he exited the vehicle to seek help. Fortunately, he was promptly taken to the hospital and received the necessary treatment. Currently, he is on the path to recovery.
Many have commended the driver for his quick thinking and determination to avoid an accident, which could have endangered not only himself but also others on the road.
There is also immense gratitude towards the highway patrol officers for their immediate response to the incident, which undoubtedly played an important role in saving the driver’s life.
