Biker in Quezon Lost His Life Due to Heat Stroke

According to initial investigations by authorities, there were no signs of foul play in what happened. They believe the man died because of a heat stroke. Police continue to work with the barangay to determine the identity of the man.
According to witnesses, the victim reportedly flagged down a jeepney. The biker was brought to Isaac T. Robillo Hospital but was later declared dead-on-arrival. The victim was identified as Camilo Alcanzar, 60 years old, residing in Teacher’s Village in Barangay Calinan.
The man’s death is attributed to the extreme heat of the current summer season. As of this writing, the victim’s body is still at the hospital while the family is in the process of arranging his wake. Taking preventive measures can reduce the risks of heat stroke during hot weather conditions.
