Man Wins P8,000 in Speed Eating Contest, Hailed as Challenge’s Fastest Eater
A man from Occidental Mindoro traveled all the way to Batangas to participate in a challenge for the fastest eater.

Recently, the Facebook page Jigz TVE shared a video of a man from Occidental Mindoro who wins P8,000 in a speed eating contest. The video immediately spread like wildfire from the online community.
Jigz TVE reported that a man named Mr. Fernando accepted the challenge to win the cash prize. The contestant explained that will use the money to fund his medical expenses and application process.
After a few moments, the participant started to consume seven orders of viand and three servings of rice. The contestant seems to be hungry and consumes all the food as fast as he can.
Mr. Fernando only took 2 minutes and 16 seconds to finish the challenge, defeating the defending champion who finished eating in 3:01 minutes.
