LANDBANK OFW HOUSING LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Here are the documents that overseas Filipino workers must submit to apply for a Housing Loan.

Are you an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) who wants to get your family your own house soon? You do not have to wait for several years to be able to save up for a residential property purchase. There are entities that you may turn to.

One of the banks that you may turn to is the Land Bank of the Philippines. It has several housing loan offers including the LandBank OFW Housing Loan “Bahay para sa Bagong Bayani” or also called the 3B loan.

The 3B loan can finance the acquisition of a residential lot, a house and lot, and residential units, condominium, and townhouses; house construction and home improvement; refinancing of an existing housing loan; and the assumption by an OFW of an existing housing loan by another borrower.

The Bahay para sa Bagong Bayani is open for Filipino citizens working abroad who are holding a live contract from a reputable company and at least 21 years old at the time of the loan application. The borrower must not be more than 65 years old upon the loan maturity and must be clear of adverse credit finding with other creditors.
