The man looked around, finding no one nearby at that hour, while the woman left the baby behind. The two immediately fled after leaving the poor infant.
The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) is now taking care of the child, while authorities are still trying to identify the individuals who abandoned the baby and determine if they are the infant’s parents.
