A 43-year-old construction worker from Pili, Camarines Sur found the rescue vehicle parked along the road in Barangay Laiya Ibaba. The vehicle belongs to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
According to San Juan Police Station Deputy Chief PMAJ. Erickson Go, the latter was on his way home when he saw the rescue vehicle with its door open and its key still inside.
