Kapamilya actor Enrique Gil opened up about the time when he stepped out of the limelight temporarily and what he did during this time.
One of the well-loved actors in the industry is Enrique Gil who is set to mark his comeback to the industry through the film “I Am Not Big Bird“. This film opens in cinemas nationwide on February 14, Wednesday.
During his guesting in Magandang Buhay, there was a part where the actor opened up about the time when he stepped out of the limelight.
We have not seen him on television or big screen since pandemic and during his three-year break from show business, he indulged in his private life and enjoyed it. He spent time with his family and he also focused on his businesses.
He also enjoyed his time in their small farm land in Tagaytay.
The actor also explored other things such as growing interest in plants. He said, “Parang naging plantito. I got into plants and animals. I love my animals… and I started you know getting into plants. Pati gusto ko lahat ng tropical plants. I really want to design the place as well.”
It was also the same time when he realized the great value of family. The environment wasn’t toxic and it did good for his mental health.
Meanwhile, in the same interview, the actor also opened up about the body insecurity he’s dealing with. According to him, he’s dealing with sweaty hands which is embarrassing when he’s holding someone’s hand.
Nikko Natividad, one of the stars of the film, shared that he’s dealing with pimples, Pepe Herrera is his nasal hair, and Red Ollero is his “pagiging mataba”.
