Here’s the message of Daniel Padilla to Kathryn Bernardo and her mother.
Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla thanked former girlfriend and long-time on screen partner Kathryn Bernardo and her mother Min Bernardo.
On February 12, 2024, actor Daniel Padilla signed the renewal of his contract with Star Magic and ABS-CBN. ABS-CBN president and CEO Carlo Katigbak, chairman Mark Lopez, COO for Broadcast Cory Vidanes, CFO Rick Tan, and Star Magic head Laurenti Dyogi were present during the contract signing.
His manager Luz Bagalacsa and his co-manager and mother, Karla Estrada, were also present.
The ABS-CBN president thanked DJ for his loyalty and for loving the network. They know that he will earn and achieve bigger and better successes. As he embarks a new chapter in his career, his focus would be his work and his family. He wants to enjoy life to the fullest.
Padilla also thanked ABS-CBN executives, industry colleagues, and his fans, including KathNiels.
Of course, the one he did not forget to thank is his ex-girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo. He thanked her for the memories, adventures, and journeys they’ve shared and that he will cherish these forever.
As for her Mommy Min Bernardo, whom he’s very close with, he said this about her, “All my respect and my love kay Tita Min. Forever yan.”
Meanwhile, during the same event, Daniel thanked the KathNiel fans. He expressed his appreciation to the people who have been with him since day one. He even quipped, “For me, walang pa ring fans club na makakatalo sa KathNiel. Sorry, but it’s true.”
To recall, DJ joined show business when he was just 15 years old, year 2010. He was first paired with Bernardo and since then, they’ve become inseparable may it be in projects or in real life. Their chemistry was something and their success as a love team is a proof.
Padilla and Bernardo confirmed their relationship in 2018 but on November 2023, they made separate announcements that confirmed the end of their relationship after 11 years. This also marked their disband as a love team.
