The Facebook page “Pilipinas” shared the story of an anonymous student who fell in love with her teacher. The story began way back in school when he was her teacher in both elementary and high school. The events took place in 2011.
The woman was in her second year of high school. During school events, the educator would often glance at her with playful winks and teasing gestures, which left the student feeling a bit puzzled about how to respond.
The female student had never had a boyfriend before. As the school year progressed, his teacher’s teasing continued, and she felt uncomfortable. As time passed, the latter’s persistence paid off, and on July 23, 2011, they officially became a couple.
The teacher-student relationship faced many challenges because they had to keep it a secret to protect each other, especially since the girl was a minor at that time and relationships between teachers and students were strictly prohibited by law and professional ethics.
