Amihan will bring cloudy skies with light rains over the Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon.

It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, and the rest of Calabarzon.

The localized thunderstorms will bring similar weather conditions over the remaining parts of the country. Generally fair weather with chances of isolated light rains is expected over Luzon and thunderstorms in Visayas and Mindanao.

The weather agency advised the public of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Northern Luzon will be rough. The remaining parts of the country will have moderate to rough surrounding sea conditions, according to PAGASA.

A Gale warning is raised over the seaboards of Batanes, Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur.

Badrina said no low-pressure area is forming or entering the Philippine area of responsibility until the weekend.
