“It’s not for me,” says Andrea Brillantes talking about being in a love team.
Love team is a big thing in the PH showbiz industry but for Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes, this thing is not for her.
If there’s one thing that Filipinos love, it would have to be Filipino love teams. This is because it taps something that many of us desire and that is to love and to be loved in return.
However, the love team became intense that fans already want these two public figures to be together for real.
Some fans can’t even draw the line between what is real and what is just for reel. In recent years, we all have witnessed the rise and success of KathNiel, JaDine, AlDub, JoshLia, and LizQuen but all of these eventually ended. As for Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes, this thing is accordingly not for her.
She was once a part of a love team and their relationship went beyond the camera but just like what happened to the love teams mentioned above, they also ended when their real-life relationship ended.
After being in that situation, she realized that being solo would put her in a much more expansive place in terms of her career. She realized that being a solo artist will give her more opportunities to explore in the industry.
She’d rather be a solo artist for growth than be boxed in a love team. However, despite having this stand, she stressed that she nothing against love teams. It’s just that this thing is not for her.
“Ang dami ko nang napagdaanan sa shows na lagi akong may kapartner. Noong nagkaroon ako ng opportunity na pwede na akong maging solo artist, gusto ko na siyang i-explore. Ngayon, super ko na siyang nae-enjoy,” she said.
This is just based on her personal view as she can see herself having personal growth if she’s solo.
