Last November 30, the statement of Kathryn Bernardo confirming the split with Daniel Padilla rocked the entertainment industry. The confirmation came months after the issue emerged and circulated online.
In the statement of Kathryn over the split, she wrote “chapter closed” and hoped that the confirmation from her would clarify everything and help everyone to move forward.
Daniel also released a statement about the breakup. In the statement, he said, “Thank you for dancing with me during my highs and thank you for singing with me during my lows. Our lives may drift away, but our love will still ride that tide.”

The split made a lot of their fans heartbroken. Their split is among the biggest celebrity breakups in 2023 as their relationship ended after 11 years. It was 11 years of their lives and careers spent together. They’ve also built businesses together but they were not meant to last until the end.
Previously, Cristy Fermin claimed that Daniel was “pabalik-balik na umiiyak” to Kathryn and recently, she made another claim. Based on her new video, she claimed that a story has reached them and it is about the actor trying to win back the actress.
According to Fermin, he is asking the help of their common friends in winning her back.
She expressed in her video, “Parang si Daniel Padilla nakikiusap sa kanilang common friends. Hindi na po namin iisa-isahin kung sino-sino ‘yung mga ka-tropa nila. Nilalapitan ni Daniel Padilla para pakiusapan, baka ma-win back pa niya si Kathryn.”
It’s already roughly a month since the two confirmed their split. Many are still sad about it but also many have expressed their support for the former couple as they embark on this new journey of their lives.
