Kiara Leoncio, a Facebook user, shared photos of her long ride from Manila to Olongapo City using the popular Angkas motorcycle ride-hailing service. The post goes viral online and elicits reactions from the netizens.

Last Saturday, (December 16, 2023), Kiara shared her extraordinary experience on social media, recounting a two-hour ride. The passenger who works in Mandaluyong, suddenly felt the urge to visit Olongapo, prompting her to book an Angkas ride to the Cubao Victory Liner Terminal.

During their ride towards the terminal, Kiara and her Angkas driver engaged in conversation. The rider identified as Kuya Jay asked if Kiara was heading to Baguio, to which she responded that she was actually on her way home to Zambales.

The Angkas employee offered to head straight to Zambales. Kiara initially thought he was joking, but to her surprise, he was serious.

Leoncio agreed to the long ride for a new experience. As they headed towards Olongapo, the rider continued to ask if she wanted to make stopovers, but Kiara opted to head straight home for a quicker trip.

“Pumayag na din ako, para bagong experience, long ride gamit angkas hahahaha tapos pagka drop off nya po saakin dito sa Gapo, natawa kami kasi 135 lang yung bill hahahaha,” she said.

The lady passenger revealed that she willingly paid a generous amount of P3,000 for the ride, considering it a valuable and enjoyable experience.
