A day after sharing the news about her wedding, Miss Universe 2010 4th runner-up Venus Raj ties the knot and she’s a stunning bride.
A “major-major” life event has just happened to Miss Universe 2010 4th runner-up Venus Raj. She married her non-showbiz boyfriend North Orillan and she was a stunning bride on her big day.
On Instagram, wedding photographer Pat Dy shared photos of the newly married couple from their special day, December 12.
Stunning and beautiful is the beauty queen who wore a classic white gown with a straight across-neckline style created by Francis Libiran. Her husband, on the other hand, was dashing in his light-colored suit and bow tie.
Before tying the knot, the beauty queen shared a post on her Instagram.
She posted the dreamy video of themselves and captioned it, “Today is the day that the Lord has made.”
Before this, she surprised her followers with snaps from their prenup photoshoot. It came with an inspiring message from her who spoke based on her experience. She shared her faith in love and her story of being a single woman for eight years and how she used these years to serve God, the community, and her family.
“Since I have fully surrendered my life to Jesus, I have never entered into a romantic relationship. I asked Him to protect my heart and to keep it until the right man come,” she said.
Not much is known about her love life as she really devoted her life to God. In 2021, she graduated from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics (OCCA), in Oxford, England. She finished her master’s degree in community development at the University of the Philippines in 2017. This was after she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Bicol University.
To recall, in 2022, Venus shared that her “major-major” mistake was compromising her purity.
