A document claimed that Francis M and Pia Magalona were not married in the Philippines
How true is it that Pia Magalona, the known wife of the late Master Rapper Francis M, was in the Indices of Marriages of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)?
The marriage of Francis and Pia has been in question following the revelation of former flight attendant Abegail Rait, who claimed as the ex-lover of the late rapper, and that they have a love child, Francesca Gail.
Former concert producer of Francis, Robby Tarroza, claimed that the late rapper and Pia were never married in the Philippines.
He also claimed that Francis M had already broken up with Pia Magalon before he started his relationship with Abegail Rait. Amid this issue, the old Facebook post of Francis’s former publicist Pilar Mateo resurfaced. In the said post, Pilar wrote that the photo was taken during the Magalona couple’s wedding in Hong Kong.
Following the controversy, Abegail apologized to the Magalona family but she stressed that Francis was “single” and so she did not step on anyone when they started their relationship.
In a recent article by Pilipino Star Ngayon showbiz writer Salve Asis, she shared a photo of the document which appeared to be from the Philippine Statistics Authority.
The document stated that Pia Maria Koch Arroyo does not appear in the agency’s Indices of Marriages. It was also stated that this was based on the records from 1945 to 2023. This is signed by Claire Dennis S. Mapa, Ph. D of the National Statistician and Civil Registrar General Philippine Statistics Authority. A logo of the agency was also seen on the upper left side of the document.
However, there is no confirmation yet from the PSA if this document is authentic. If this is authentic, then, the claim of Robby Tarroza that Francis M and Pia Arroyo-Magalona were never married in the Philippines might be supported by this.

Question lng sino source nya nyang PSA gnyan n pla kadali kumuha ng cenomar n khit hindi kapamilya nakakaclaim. This is very questionable and kung real ito hindi pla reliable ang PSA n mgkeep bng mga confidential records n gnito. So, it means sa mga hindi nsa showbiz n katulad pde pla maclaim ang stranger ?!!
