Miss Universe Philippines Michelle Dee debunked the rumors that she figured in an accident in El Salvador where the 72nd Miss Universe competition is being held.

Michelle is representing the Philippines in the said international beauty pageant. She has been sharing updates on her social media pages regarding their daily activities. The official pages of MUPH have been sharing updates as well.

Despite the frequent updates from Michelle and the official social media platforms of the pageant’s franchise, rumors surfaced that the beauty queen debunked.

Based on the article in Inquirer, through her post on X (Twitter), Michelle Dee stressed that they were all good.

Idk [I don’t know] where the rumor came from that I got into an accident but don’t believe it! We’re all good!”, she wrote in her post and included a white heart emoji and a Philippine flag emoji.

Fans of the Pinay beauty queen expressed that they were glad because the rumors were proven wrong. There were also a lot of Pinoy pageant fans who expressed support for her and cheered as the coronation night is set to happen on November 18.

“Always supporting you queen, lalaban kami para syo. Laban MMD, LABAN FILIPINAS!!!” a fan commented.

Meanwhile, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray also showed support for Michelle Dee. Pia said in a previous interview that the Pinay representative has a fighting chance to bring home the crown while Catriona cheered Michelle with her “let’s go!” comment and definitely boosted her confidence.

The Kapuso previously expressed that she is aiming to bring home the fifth Miss Universe crown. In the history of pageants, the first Miss Universe crown for the Philippines was won by Gloria Diaz and she was followed by Margie Moran. The most recent two crowns were won by Pia Wurtzbach and Catriona Gray.
