This is the reason why Toni Gonzaga got too skinny years ago
Ultimate Multimedia Star Toni Gonzaga recalled the time when she got too skinny in her recent Toni Talks vlog.
Toni has been in the entertainment industry for many years already. The public was able to witness her growth as an actress and as a woman. She is now happily married to filmmaker Paul Soriano and they recently welcomed their second child. The actress gave birth to a baby girl last August.
From acting and recording, she was also able to establish her name as one of the best hosts of her generation.
In a recent episode of her Toni Talks, she featured her younger sister celebrity vlogger-actress Alex Gonzaga. Toni Gonzaga let her sister share the story of her second miscarriage.
Aside from Alex’s sad story that made her husband Mikee Morada have a tearjerker reaction, she also mentioned the time when Toni’s weight really went low. “Hindi mo nga shine-share ‘yun. Maganda nga ‘yun i-share mo. I-share mo. Ano bang nangyari doon sa ‘yo?” Alex said to her older sister.
Toni said that this happened in 2020 when she became too skinny. “Noong 2020, hindi ko alam kaya pala sumobra din ‘yung–” the Ultimate Multimedia Star said without continuing. Then, it was Alex who continued, “Sobra ka noong payat!”
“Naaalala ko ‘yung kumakain kami, nagdi-dinner kami ta’s ‘yung mga friends namin natatawa na sila. ‘Hoy! ‘Yung mask mo, bumabagsak na sa mukha mo’,” Toni recalled. Alex added that the skinny figure of Toni was also noticed when she guested on the defunct Kapatid noontime show Lunch Out Loud.
Toni admitted that she was a bit happy to have that figure and Alex felt envy because her older sister had that body. “Naalala mo noong nag-ano tayo, nag-Bangkok? Sobra kain ko noon. Ta’s the next day di ba sabi mo, umamin ka na ba’t sobrang flat ng tiyan mo?” Toni shared.
Then, Alex said that it was actually because Toni was sick. When they were at Dubai Mall, Toni palpitated and Alex thought that her older sister was just “nag-iinarte.” “Ano bang nangyayari dito? Baka naman nag-iinarte na lang itong ate. Tapos ‘yun pala may hyperthyroid,” the sister of Toni Gonzaga said.
