Here’s the funny “brand-agulan” of Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis.
“Sisterets” in real-life Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis are endorsers of many products in rivalry and recently, here’s their “brand-agulan”.
Kapamilya superstar Anne Curtis is one of the country’s top actresses and most in-demand endorsers. She is the ambassador of a famous smartphone brand, the country’s biggest fast-food chain, an e-commerce company, a coffee business, a skincare product, and many others.
On top of this, she has businesses that she takes care like The Recess, her beauty line BLK, and Tili Dahli. She also has upcoming projects, being invited to events of luxury brands and fashion weeks, and a regular noontime show.
And all of these, her “sisteret” Vice Ganda also has. The superstar comedian, also owns a cosmetic business, is an ambassador of the rival e-commerce company, and the recent one added to the list is the biggest rival of the fast-food restaurant Anne is endorsing.
They are almost alike when it comes to opportunities given to them but despite the competition of the brands that they are endorsing, there’s no competition between them in real life.
Just recently, people were amused by their “brand-agulan” in It’s Showtime.
During the show, Vice was able to insert the tune of the company in the program’s theme song and Anne was not able to say anything about it. However, in the latter part of the show, during the “Isip Bata” segment, Anne’s saving grace was the contestant who said that they went to this particular fast-food restaurant to celebrate.
“Naiganti na ‘ko sa opening. Naback to you ka girl!” quips Anne to her “sisteret” as they laugh at the incident together.
“Lakas ka magdasal ah. Pero sa ‘kin rekta eh. Paparapapa lang ako sa’yo pero nirekta mo ko ng pangalan talaga,” says Vice in response based on the video.
Meanwhile, in a previous article, the MTRCB slammed the fake news about the alleged summon to Vice. The statement says, “Sa panahon ng digital age, mahalaga na tiyakin kung tunay ang mga balita at maging mapanuri sa iba’t ibang sources ng impormasyon bago ito ipamahagi.”
