- duly-completed and signed Colombian Visa Application Form
- valid passport plus copy of:
- main page of passport
- previous Colombian Visas if applicable
- last stamp of entry or departure from Colombia if applicable
- passport-size photo
- 3 cm x 4 cm in size
- not larger than 300 KB and in JPG format for online applications
- in white background
- must show entire face
- taken within the last three (3) months
- bank statements from the last six (6) months
- travel itinerary
- round-trip flight ticket
- proof of accommodation or address in Colombia
There are also additional requirements for Colombia Visa application based on the purpose of visit. Here are the additional documents that you must submit:
- To visit a family member/friend
- proof of family relationship
- To attend or particpate in an event or activity
- details of the event/activity
- program of the event
- agenda and duration of the event
- To make business
- letter of invitation from inviter company indicating purpose of visit
- registration documents of inviter
- To study or undergo training
- Certificate of Enrollment / Acceptance
