Queen of all Media Kris Aquino shared on Instagram her heartwarming reunion with King of Talk Boy Abunda.
Boy and Kris have long been friends. Their friendship went through a lot over the years. They did several projects together, especially showbiz talk shows. There was even a time when Boy managed Kris’s career.
It is known to many showbiz fans that intrigue came between Kris and Boy’s friendship. Rumors surfaced that they had a falling out years ago. However, in an interview back in 2022, the King of Talk debunked the rumor that he and Kris had a falling out.
On October 27, Kris Aquino shared photos with Boy Abunda on her Instagram page. After a long time, they had their “heartwarming reunion.”
“ABANGAN! Seriously it was a heartwarming reunion. Boy freaked because I needed a shot while he was here. And he really hates needles,” the female celebrity wrote in the caption of her post.
Kris narrated to Boy the treatments that she gets every single day and she said that he was trying to prevent himself from crying while listening. However, the Fast Talk host eventually could not contain his emotion and cried.
Kris also expressed her apology to the team of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho because she was not able to accommodate them for an interview. The Queen of all Media also shared that the interview with the King of Talk was not planned.
She even shared that they just her iPhone for the camera and that it was Batangas Governor Mark Leviste who became their cameraman while her son Bimby was the one asking the questions.
Kris Aquino revealed that Boy Abunda never asked something from her but she is greatly indebted to him. With this, she gave him the whole footage even though there were some parts that were not recorded. She also thanked the people of Batangas for lending their VG to them.
