Reward of P500,000 Offered to Identify Suspect Who Stole Left Luggage of a Passenger at NAIA

A passenger is offering a P500,000 reward to anyone who can help identify the suspect who snatched her forgotten luggage at the airport.

A cosmetic manufacturer, Maricor Flores, who recently traveled to NAIA Terminal 3, has offered a reward of P500,000 to anyone who can help identify the suspect who snatched her luggage after she accidentally left it at the airport.

On October 1, 2023, the passenger arrived from a flight from Cagayan de Oro at NAIA Terminal 3, leaving her luggage behind in what appears to be an unfortunate oversight. CCTV footage captured Flores dragging her suitcase out of the airport, believing her driver had already picked it up along with her valuable jewelry and belongings.

However, it turned out that her luggage wasn’t among the items her driver had loaded into the vehicle In a Facebook post, Flores explained that she was in a hurry to visit her father, who was in the hospital, and she didn’t realize her mistake until later.

After a few moments, a man took her unattended luggage, placed it on a trolley, and sat beside it. Eventually, the culprit left the airport, pushing the trolley with Flores’ luggage in tow.

Airport police are currently searching for the person who stole Flores’ luggage. The owner of the forgotten luggage is offering a P500,000 prize to anyone who can provide information leading to the identification and arrest of the individual guilty of the theft.
