Cristy Fermin talked about the answer that Sharon Cuneta had to one of her bashers
Veteran showbiz writer Cristy Fermin contradicted the way Megastar Sharon Cuneta replied to a basher who commented on her Instagram post.
Sharon was one of the topics that Cristy talked about in her YouTube showbiz show Showbiz Now Na with Romel Chika and Wendell Alvarez. They specifically talked about how the Megastar answered a basher.
The said netizen commented on her post saying that she should stop comparing her daughters KC Concepcion and Frankie Pangilinan.
Sharon Cuneta stressed that she is not comparing her kids and that it is just the netizens who do this. She had a fiery answer to a netizen who commented on this.
To recall, the Megastar had this answer: “KAYO ang nagpipilit na ikumpara ang mga anak ko, hindi AKO. Tumigil na kayo at di kayo nakakatulong. Plus WALA KAYONG HALAGA SA AMIN KAHIT NA OBVIOUSLY GUSTO NYA MAGING MAHALAGA SA BUHAY NAMIN NANG WALA NAMAN KAYONG KARAPATAN O GINAWA KUNDI MANIRA. Buhay nyo asikasuhin nyo at WALA kayong kaalam-alam sa pinagdadaanan namin ng matagal na.”
Cristy Fermin and her co-hosts all agreed that what the actress-singer did to the netizen was wrong, based on the article in Balita. The veteran showbiz writer said that Sharon once again could not control herself.
She stressed that as a public figure, celebrities like Sharon need fans and she should have refrained from saying that netizens are not important to them. Cristy also said that the Megastar should remember that she is in the chaotic world of showbiz and it is inevitable that people would scrutinize her.
“Alam n’yo na nakabukas ang pintuan para kayo ay purihin at pansinin, di ba,” Cristy said. Her co-host Romel Chika added, “Kaya nga noong nabasa ko ‘yun…naisip ko: ‘Sharon, please.”
