Here are the requirements for the Iceland Tourist Visa application that you must prepare and submit to the Embassy of the foreign nation in your country:
- duly-accomplished and signed Iceland Tourist Visa Application Form
- two (2) recent photos
- taken within the last three (3) months
- 35x45mm
- in color
- head should take 70-80% of the photo
- neutral facial expression
- light-coloured background
- valid Philippine passport
- validity is at least three (3) months beyond your planned stay in Iceland
- with at least two (2) blank pages
- roundtrip flight tickets
- Travel Health Insurance
- proof of accommodation
- hotel or hostel booking
- rent agreement
- letter of tour organizer if traveling through a tour agency
- proof of financial means
- bank account statement
- sponsporship letter
- proof of invitation / invitation letter from the host in Iceland
- proof of relationship with the inviter
- proof of employment status
- If employed:
- Employment contract,
- Leave permission from the employer
- Income Tax Return
- If self-employed:
- Copy of your business license
- Company’s bank statement of the latest 6 months
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
- If student:
- proof of enrollment
- no objection letter from university
- If employed:
- travel itinerary
If you are bring along minors, there are additional requirements for Iceland Tourist Visa application in some cases. If the parents of the child/children are divorced or legally separated, you must present:
- Birth Certificate
- proof of adoption
- custody decree
In case the parents of the minor is not coming along, a letter of consent must be presented. Also, copies of the passport of both parents must be submitted to the Consulate General of Island Manila.
