Lady Netizen Praises Honest Man Who Returned Her Missing Wallet Containing P150,000
HONESTY – A lady netizen praises an honest man who returned the money she was saving for her mother’s hospital bills.
Recently, the Facebook page “VISOR” shared her gratitude online after a kindhearted driver returned her wallet, which contained P150,000 meant for her mother’s hospital bills. The post garnered praise from the online community.
The uploader along with her sister, went to church in Baclaran to pray for their mother, who had been hospitalized for nearly two weeks. Afterward, they stopped by a 7-Eleven store to grab something to eat. Unknowingly, she left her wallet behind as they hurried to leave.

The woman realized her wallet was missing while heading home via Grab ride. Panicked, they asked the Grab driver to go back to 7-Eleven to check. However, when they returned, the wallet was nowhere to be found.
They went home feeling hopeless, disheartened, and in tears. But as they neared their house, they spotted a van that looked familiar, it was the same one parked outside the 7-Eleven earlier.
The driver approached them and returned her wallet, explaining that it had fallen when she left the store.

The driver admitted that he had to look at her ID to find her address. Despite it being a coding day, he went out of his way to personally return the wallet. The lady and her sister were overwhelmed with gratitude, especially since they had not expected to recover the money.
“And dun napaiyak na lang kami kasi we didn’t expect na mabalik siya and hinatid pa dito sa amin. Imagine Pasay-Marikina, and coding pa siya,” the woman said.
