- duly accomplished and signed Croatia Visa Application Form
- valid passport with at least three (3) blank pages and the validity is at least three (3) months after the departure from Croatia
- photocopy of passport including all pages
- two (2) passport-size photos
- 35mm x 45mm in size
- in white background
- face must be centered in photo
- neutral facial expression
- eyeglasses are not recommended and headgear is only allowed for religious purposes
- Travel Health Insurance
- proof of accommodation in Croatia
- round-trip flight ticket
- proof of sufficient funds to cover expenses during stay in Croatia
- Bank Statements for the past three (3) months
- Letter from employer indicating position and salary

Croatia Business Visa
- Letter of Guarantee Form filled in and signed by the Croatian legal person who invited you to visit the country. It must be authenticated with the official seal and signature of the authorized representative of the company.
- Letter of Invitation
- Letter from your employer stating your position, salary, and intended leave of absence
- Cover Letter explaining the purpose of your trip
- If you are self-employed:
- company’s registration papers
- business visa request letter
- proof of financial funds
Croatia Work Visa
- proof of Health Insurance
- copy of an existing work contract
- copy of your employer’s company registration
- proof that a Croatian/EU citizen could not have been better suited for the job
- roof of educational background, qualifications, and skills
- proof of financial means
Croatia Student Visa
- proof of enrollment in a Croatian educational institution
- proof of sufficient financial means to sustain the expenses
- proof of accommodation in Croatia
- proof of Health Insurance
- Cover Letter explaing the intention of visit to Croatia
