What will happen if Toni Fowler is found guilty of the complaints?
Famous vlogger Toni Fowler was slapped with a cybercrime charge for indecent music videos and this is what can happen if she gets a guilty verdict.
The Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas, Incorporated (KSMBPI) filed a complaint against vlogger Toni Fowler over her indecent music videos on Wednesday, September 27.
Atty. Mark Tolentino, the legal counsel of the KSMBPI, said that three counts of violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code (RPC) in relation to the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 have been filed.
It was filed before the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office and the charges are in connection with her three music videos. In a previous article, Fowler will be facing charges because of her explicit videos.
Accordingly, freedom of the press has its limitations, and these music videos crossed this due to their indecent publication. He stressed that there were objects and scenes in the music videos that must not be seen by the public.
In the video for the song “MPL”, Fowler and her dancers were in skimpy articles of clothing and were seen holding and wearing toys. There were no actual organs shown, however.
The videos also showed lewd clothes, simulating carnal acts, and using straightforward terms and words to the point of being “patently offensive” under the law. These music videos are “MPL,” “FF,” and “MNM”.
“Worse, respondent even had the grit to include in her videos a minor named ‘Paye Galang’ at the time of recording,” the group further stated.
Now, what could happen if Fowler is found guilty?
According to law, whoever is found guilty of these charges will be paying a fine of Php 6,000.00 up to Php 12,000.00 per music video. He or she could also face 20 years of imprisonment.
Meanwhile, KSMBPI also sued It’s Showtime’s Vice Ganda and Ion Perez for allegedly violating Republic Act No. 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act.

For me toni Fowler’s video is sooo indecent,that is 100% true…and the video is so obvious ka deri…bad influence to everyone…
However regarding vice gandas issue,well it’s natural to leak the cake coz it’s Sweet and yummy,it depends to the dirt of the mind of the adult..a lot of people doing that,it’s just in the eyes of others,it’s not good coz,they are not normal couple,that’s why they gave malice to that action…
