If you are employed with Metro Manila, you must be earning at least Php 12,000 in a month to be eligible to the loan offer. If you are working outside Metro Manila, the minimum income requirements is Php 10,000 a month.
If you are self-employed, you must be the owner or a majority owner of the business with at least 40% stake. Also, the business must be operating profitably for at least 2 years already with at least 1 trade reference. The requirements for SB Finance Credit Line application also includes the minimum gross monthly income of Php 30,000.
With regards to the documentary requirements for SB Finance Credit Line offer, the lists vary among the employed and self-employed applicants as well as registered and non-registered businesses.
If Employed
- One (1) valid government-issued photo ID
- Income Documents, any of the following:
- Certificate of Employment and Compensation – issued within the last two (2) months
- Latest ITR
- Latest one (1) month payslip
If Self-Employed
- Photocopy of one (1) valid government-issued photo bearing ID
For registered business
- Income Document:
- Latest one (1) year Financial Statements (unaudited or audited)
- Latest three (3) months bank statements or passbook
- Business Registration Documents:
- SEC / DTI Certificate of Registration, OR
- Business permit / Mayor’s permit, AND
- Latest GIS (if corporation)
For non-registered business
- Income Document:
- Latest twelve (12) months bank statements
