In processing a PhilSys ID online appointment, you just need a stable internet connection and a computer or phone. Follow the steps below:

Step 1 — Visit www.register.philsys.gov.ph and set an appointment by stating your demographic information. Fill out the required fields and submit your application form. Make sure you have a copy of the ARN or the Application Reference Number. You may also save your QR code.

Step 2 — Head to your designated registration center on your scheduled appointment day to submit your PhilSys ID requirements as well as your ARN and also your QR code if you have a copy of it. You can bring supporting documents such as any of the following:
