Step 1 — Prepare the amount that you will send to someone abroad. Bring at least one (1) valid ID as a proof of identity in making the transaction.

Step 2 — Get a copy of the Sender’s Form and accomplish the needed information. Indicate your ID type, ID number and the card’s expiration date, date of birth, nationality, nature of work, complete address, source of income, employer, relationship to the receiver, and the purpose of sending money abroad. Make sure you provide accurate and true answers in the form.

Step 3 — Submit the form, your valid ID, and the amount to be sent abroad to the LBC associate. He/She will compute the expected amount based on the daily exchange rate of the destination country multiplied by the Amount to Send in Pesos.
