There are some government agencies in the Philippines that caters services to thousands of Filipinos every day. One of these is the Land Transportation Office (LTO), the governing body in the country when it comes to traffic and driving rules and regulations.

LTO

It is the Land Transportation Office that has set the rules in traffic and driving in the country thus it also spearheads the implementation of the LTO Violation 2023. Part of the violations are driving without or with an expired license. It is the LTO that issues driver’s license to eligible drivers.

Also, it is mandated that vehicles taking the Philippine roads must register to LTO. There is a corresponding fine for those that will be caught running in the roads unregistered. For the registration and other processes, you can go directly to a branch of LTO or evade the long queues by starting the process at the LTMS Portal.
