The Land Transportation Office, more popularly called LTO, is one of the biggest government agencies in the Philippines. It is the body that governs the issuance of driver’s license and the records of the vehicles operating in the country.

The Land Transportation Office governs the traffic and driving rules in the country. Thus, the government body came up with the list of LTO Violation 2023.

There are several LTO branches nationwide and, daily, each branch often has long queues. Thus, the government agency came up with an LTO Portal where the people can register for a more convenience processing of transactions with the government agency.

It only takes a few steps to register to the Land Transportation Management System or the LTMS. You can check the guide below for the process in registering to the portal set by the Land Transportation Office.

Visit the LTMS Portal

Visit the online portal of the Land Transportation Office, the Land Transportation Management System or more popularly called the LTMS Portal. Your internet connection must be stable to avoid going through the registration process again and again. You can use either a mobile phone or a computer in registering.

Register

For new registrations, click “Register Now” which is in red. The LTO Portal registration is open not only for the individuals who already have a driver’s license but as well as for those who want to apply for a license.

Read the Terms and Conditions and tick the box if you agree with them. To proceed, provide the CAPTCHA.

On the next page, provide your Driver’s License details if you already have a license. If none, click “No” and provide the requested information to register to the LTMS Portal. Provide a working email address.

Verify your LTMS Portal Account

To verify your account to the LTO Portal, access the email address you provided in the registration form and open the email sent to you. Come up with an eight-character password.
