Here’s a heart-wrenching moment between Vice Ganda and other hosts and this Mini Miss U contestant.
VICE GANDA – All of Its Showtime hosts became emotional because of what this Mini Miss U contestant said to them.
Unkabogable superstar Vice Ganda is one of the main hosts of Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime. The other hosts who are currently a part of the program include Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Ogie Alcasid, Kim Chiu, Amy Perez, Karylle, Ryan Bang, Teddy Corpuz, Jugs Jugueta, Ion Perez, and Jackie Gonzaga.
As much as we all know, in the over 10-year run of the noontime show, it has faced a lot of issues and problems.
But it still stood strong. The program continued to air despite the obstacles like the pandemic, the loss of a network franchise, and the latest to be, summon from MTRCB.
According to MTRCB Chair Lala Sotto, Showtime has several violations already, hence, the summon.
She said, “Kung alam n’yo lang, ilang notices na ang pinadala namin sa kanila. Nakailang warning na rin sila dahil puro sila may violations sa lengguwahe, paulit-ulit po iyon.”
And recently, the show became the talk of the town again and this is not because of a violation but because of an emotional moment with a Mini Miss U contestant named Eury.
The little girl captured everyone’s hearts with her charm. She makes everything she was asked to do and she even showcased her talent in the show by reciting the poem she memorized for Showtime.
And in one portion of the interview, the vibe of the surrounding suddenly turned emotional after Vice recited a poem for her as well who loves the show and the hosts. Vice was touched by the love she’s been saying and showing for them.
They found the reason again as to why they are doing what they do in the show because of the little girl. Because of Eury and the other people like her who get hope and entertainment from their show, they were reminded of their purpose.
“Masaya ako na kasama kayo kaya minsan nalulungkot ako baka hindi ko na kayo makasama,” says a tearful Vice.
Vhong, who was also teary based on the video, is thankful to Eury for gracing their show.
