MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE – Here is a guide on the payment in requesting the document from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

The Philippine Stastitics Authority, more popularly called PSA, is one of the document-releasing government agencies in the country. It is the national statistics body thus it holds the records of births, deaths, and marriages in the country.

It is at the Philippine Statistics Authority where Filipinos can request for their Certificates of Live Birth or Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Certificates of No Record of Marriage or the CENOMAR, and the family of a deceased person can get the Death Certificate.

The government agency has set different requirements in requesting for the afore-mentioned documents such as the PSA Marriage Certificate requirements, the  PSA Birth Certificate requirements, and the PSA Death Certificate requirements.

The Marriage Certificate fee set by the Philippine Statistics Authority is at a fixed rate but there is a difference on the amount that you must prepare if you will claim it personally or you will have it delivered at your house or workplace.

For personal claiming of the document at your chosen PSA outlet, you only have to prepare P155.00 for the document fee. If you want to have it delivered at your residence or your workplace, here is the breakdown and the total of the fee:

Courier Fee — Php 50.00
Payment Facilitation, Convenience, and Service Fee — Php 160.00
Document Fee — Php 155.00

Total Fee: Php 365.00

There are PSA Marriage Certificate requirements that you must prepare in requesting for the said document from the Philippine Statistics Authority. With regards to the payment, the government agency accepts online payments through any of the following:

  • PSAHelpline
  • GCash
  • PayMaya
  • ShopeePay
  • Bayad Online

If you want over-the-counter payments, you can pay through the 7-Eleven CLIQQ machine, Bayad store, or Palawan Pawnshop. The PSA also accepts payments through BancNet ATM and DragonPay.
