Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes shocked Blackpink Rosé when she told the latter that she and basketball player Ricci Rivero broke up.

To recall, when the K-Pop all-girl group had their concert in Manila last March, Andrea caught the attention of Rosé, Lisa, Jisoo, and Jenny. It was because of her promposal banner.

The Kapamilya actress shared that she really prepared a banner for that concert with the words asking her then-boyfriend to go to her to the Star Magic Ball. Rosé read what she wrote on the banner.

“I just wanna ask Ricci Rivero, will you go to prom with Andrea?” the Blackpink member read this out loud. The basketball player said “yes” to this.

Fans of the K-pop group envied her for that moment of interaction with them. Some fans expressed “kilig” to what Andrea Brillantes did for Ricci Rivero. However, in June, rumors surfaced that Andrea and Ricci were no longer together. Eventually, the former couple confirmed their breakup.

In a recent livestream that Rosé did, she saw Andrea’s comment. “My fave memory was when you noticed me for my promposal hahahahahahaha,” the Kapamilya actress commented.

Rosé remembered this as she said, “Well I noticed you for your proposal, oh it was you? She was in somewhere in Southeast Asia … I do remember.”

Then, Andrea told the K-Pop star, “WE BROKE UP NOW.” The initial reaction that Rosé had was shock. Her eyes widened as if her mind was trying to process that information. After that, the Blackpink member laughed while covering her mouth.
