Andrea Brillantes had this “hard to beat” promposal to her boyfriend
Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes got help from the famous K-Pop all-girl group Blackpink for her “promposal” to her boyfriend actor-basketball player Ricci Rivero.
Andrea and Ricci are among the famous young showbiz couples in the entertainment industry with large social media followings. To recall, Ricci’s proposal to Andrea asking her to be his girlfriend went viral also.
Back in April 2022, Ricci caught the attention of basketball spectators when he asked Andrea to be his girlfriend during the game. The actress said “yes” through a T-shirt with this written word.
Videos of that proposal went viral and the couple became a trending topic on social media at that time. Just recently, Andrea Brillantes and Ricci Rivero caught the attention of the online community again.
It is because of the actress’s “promposal” to her boyfriend. The couple went to Blackpink’s concert on March 26 at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan. Andrea prepared a sign saying “I just want to ask Ricci Rivero will you go to prom with Andrea?”
In a video that Kapamilya singer Darren Espanto shared on his Instagram Story, as shared by Inquirer, Rose read the sign and then said, “Please go to prom with that girl.” Ricci nod while saying “yes.”
Andrea looked so happy about that and she even raised her hands signaling that her promposal was a success. Rose jokingly cheered “kiss, kiss, kiss.”
It can be heard in the video that Darren said, “Blythe, nanalo ka na sa proposal.” The Kapamilya singer also wrote this in the caption of his post: “Hard to beat this promposal. Galing mo @blythe!”
