Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards warned showbiz newbies not to easily trust people around them.
Alden has been in the entertainment industry for more than a decade already. With his years of experience in showbiz, he already learned a lot of lessons. Years have passed and he proved his staying power.
Previously, he reminded showbiz newbies not to be choosy. In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, the actor shared a warning to those who are starting their career in the entertainment industry.
“Aside from being a hardworker, ‘yung pinaghihirapan mo lahat, ‘yung motivation, ‘yung puso, ‘yung fire, mag-ingat kayo sa mga tao sa paligid n’yo,” the Kapuso actor stressed.
Alden Richards pointed out that many showbiz personalities, especially those who are newbies in the industry, tend to forget this.
“’Yun ang nakakalimutan ng lahat, especially ng mga bago na, huwag po kayong masyadong available. Don’t be too available to strangers that you’ve just met,” the Pambansang Bae stressed.
Alden added that there were times that you might share something personal with the people around you without realizing that those people would use this information in the future against you.
He also said that there were moments when this kind of happening is inevitable and with this, he reminded showbiz newbies, “So, ingat.” The actor also pointed out that it is okay to have just a small group, as long as these people can be trusted and you can be drunk with this small circle of friends.
Alden Richards said that this kind of person can accommodate you even if you would call them at 3 AM. “Those people are the ones you should treasure and keep in your life, especially when you’re in this industry,” he added.
