WALANG PASOK SEPTEMBER 4, 2026 – Classes have been suspended in several areas as Habagat continues to bring inclement weather. See the updated list of affected LGUs.
The southwest monsoon or “habagat” is expected to continue bringing rains over Luzon and Visayas until Saturday, September 5, according to PAGASA. Visayas and other parts of Luzon may experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the enhanced habagat, while Mindanao is expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with possible localized thunderstorms.
Due to the expected inclement weather, several localities declared class suspensions. It has been taken into consideration that PAGASA has warned of floods and landslides that may occur during severe weather conditions. As per the advisory, the southwest monsoon will continue to bring moderate to occasional heavy rains over the country due to the enhancement of Tropical Storm Krovanh, formerly Pilandok.

- Binmaley: all levels, public and private
- Mangatarem: all levels, public and private
Ilocos Sur
- Magsingal: all levels, public and private, shift to Alternative Learning Modalities (ALMs).
La Union
- Tubao: all levels, public and private, shift to modular distance learning or other alternative learning modalities
Benguet
Bokod: Pre-School to Senior High School, public and private
Tarlac
- Tarlac City: all levels, public and private
Pampanga
- Apalit: all levels, public and private,
- San Fernando: All levels, public and private
- Guagua: All levels, public and private
- Masantol: All levels, public and private
- Minalin: no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private, shift to Alternative Delivery Modes
- San Simon: All levels, public and private, maliban sa Concepcion Integrated School
