Michael V continues to do what he loves
Seasoned comedian and content creator Michael V shared what he is looking for in a new Bubble Gang talent.
Michael, also known as Bitoy, has introduced a lot of iconic skits and characters in the longest-running gag show. Over the years, the show has featured different talents, and just recently, there were new additions.
Based on the article in GMA Entertainment, versatile TV-movie actor EA Guzman, vlogger-comedian Buboy Villar, at Sparkada artist Cheska Fausto are the new cast members of the gag show.
Michael V shared that if he will be part of the team who will choose new talents for Bubble Gang, the one quality that he will be looking for is being “magaling na artista.”
“That’s number one for me, kasi, hindi pagpapatawa lang kasi ang comedy. A good chunk of it is acting, so as long as you are confident doing characters at tsaka being someone else other than yourself, I think that’s a good sign,” the Pepito Manaloto lead star said.
He stressed that this is a plus factor when a celebrity will enter the show. Currently, the Kapuso gag show also features Paolo Contis, Chariz Solomon, Analyn Barro, Betong Sumaya, and Kokoy de Santos.
Meanwhile, in a recent interview, Michael V was asked about the controversial statement that social media personality Rendon Labador expressed against him. The seasoned comedian said that there is nothing to say about this as he refused to add fuel to the issue.
Despite being called “laos” or has-been by Rendon, Bitoy remained silent but his fans and fellow celebrities were the ones who defended him.
