Richard Gutierrez was asked about collaboration between TV networks
The Iron Heart actor Richard Gutierrez has this reaction when asked about the possibility of having a project on his former home network GMA-7.
Before becoming one of the most sought-after leading men in the Kapamilya network, he has done already several teleseryes on the Kapuso network. Currently, Richard has a primetime series on ABS-CBN.
Now that the Kapamilya network is collaborating with other networks, Richard was asked about this major change in the industry as network rivalry has become the thing of the past.
In an interview on PEP’s YouTube Channel, Richard Gutierrez said that the more channel that would welcome them, the better it is for them. This would mean that they will reach a wider scope for the projects that they do.
“Mas maraming tao ang makakapanood at ito naman talaga ang main objective namin is mapanood ng mga tao ang ginagawa namin,” he said.
Richard said that he is open to whatever channel that would want to take him, including his former home network, especially that the Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime will air on GTV starting July 1.
“Uso ang lipatan ng tahanan, so, we will see,” the actor added. He reiterated that they are open to collaborating with other networks.
Richard Gutierrez also said that before, he did not imagine also that it is possible for networks to have this kind of collaboration. He said that he thinks that this is the time and age to end the so-called network war.
The actor also stressed that this is the time to work hand-in-hand to uplift the Philippine entertainment industry. “Mas maraming audience, mas maganda,” he added.
