Traffic Enforcer in Laoag City Apprehend Fellow Enforcer Over Helmet Violation
A traffic enforcer apprehended his fellow traffic enforcer riding a motorcycle after its back rider was caught not wearing helmet in Laoag City.

According to Edmund Lorendo, the captured traffic enforcer and rider, he did not see that his friend was not wearing a helmet.
