Ellen Adarna Admits She Doesn’t Need Friends Who Don’t Know How to Pay “Utang”
Actress Ellen Adarna revealed that she doesn’t need friends who allegedly don’t know how to pay “utang” or debt to her.
Ellen Adarna said on her Instagram Stories that she doesn’t need pals who don’t know how to pay off their bills. She made the disclosure while answering a question from a follower during her regular Instagram Q&A session.
The follower wanted to know if Ellen has any experienced granting a loan to someone and then taking that person a long time to pay back his or her debt. The actress claimed that she used to lend money to her friends but stopped because some people who borrowed from her didn’t pay her back.
Ellen previously stated on Instagram that she was generous and compassionate enough to assist folks she knew who needed money to borrow. However, she chose to halt her nice deeds due to a former buddy.
She opted to cut that individual out of her life, claiming that those who don’t pay their obligations have “no values.” She emphasized that she doesn’t need buddies who don’t know how to pay off debt.
“Noong una, malakas akong magpautang pero hindi na ngayon.” said Ellen. “Meron akong isang kaibigan na hanggang ngayon, nakalimutan na niya, siguro na-amnesia siya.”
“Kung kaibigan kasi, hindi ako maniningil, pero ‘yun ang nagiging basis ko sa kanyang character. Good riddance na lang din! You don’t need friends like that, walang values, ‘pag nangutang, kinalimutan lang. Bye, Felicia!” she added in her story.
