SUNSHINE CRUZ – Famous actress Sunshine Cruz tries hard to avoid questions about her ex-boyfriend Macky Mathay.
The talks about the split of actress Sunshine Cruz and politician-businessman Macky Mathay lasted for several months. But this year, in February, the actress finally broke her silence.
In a previous article, she shared that a lack of trust ultimately contributed to their separation. This is actually the same reason why her marriage with action star Cesar Montano ended.
She just to be quiet amid all the loud buzz online in the previous because there are children involved. She said, “So, nag-decide ako na maging quiet na lang, kasi hindi naman talaga alam ng publiko kung ano yung mga pinagdadaanan namin or kung ano yung pinagdaanan ko.”
And recently in an interview, months since said these things, she became evasive in answering questions about her former partner. During the press conference of Unbreak My Heart, she was graciously talking about her ex-husband but a bit hesitant talking about her ex-boyfriend.
Accordingly, her happiness doesn’t depend on having a love life because with the blessings coming to her life, she has much more than having a love life to be happy about.
“Nakupo, Lord, ayoko!” she even quipped when asked if she was ready to love again. For now, her focus is on her children and her work. She is actually more ready to memorize scripts and “makipagsampalan” with Jodi Sta. Maria compared to this matter.
“I am 45, siguro huwag na tayong magpabebe when it comes to love life, di ba? So, kung may dumating, may dumating. Pag wala, wala,” she said based on PEP.
To recall, Sunshine and Macky confirmed their relationship in 2016. The last time they were seen together was during the birthday of one of Sunshine’s daughters. This is the same event where Sunshine and Cesar openly shared their reconciliation and became open about their blended family.
