JODI STA MARIA – Award-winning actress Jodi Sta Maria believes that this recent partnership of ABS-CBN & GMA marks the end of rivalry.
“Unbreak My Heart” is an upcoming series in collaboration between GMA Network, ABS-CBN, and Viu Philippines. This series will air on Mondays to Thursdays starting May 29 and it will have an advanced screening this May 27 on GMANetwork.com, iWantTFC, and Viu at 9 PM.
This series stars some of the most famous stars of ABS-CBN and GMA and among them is the award-winning actress Jodi Sta Maria.
And for her, the collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA marks the end of network rivalries. To recall, when ABS-CBN used to have a franchise, these two networks are each other’s greatest rivals.
And during a press conference, she expressed that this event seems impossible many years ago but everything changed and the changes were big. But at present time, these two huge companies are now partners and collaborators for the ratings and audience they have once competed against each other before.
The goals of the network now are “to provide more opportunities for the people in the industry that we have grown to love and to give our audience, to provide them with quality entertainment”.
Being among the first actors to become a part of this historic partnership is something she feels grateful, honored, and blessed to feel about.
“I think it’s the end of rivalry, really. I mean now we can share artists and talents and everyone is just given the opportunity to work,” she said based on an ABS-CBN report. Apart from the partnership and sharing of artists, this also gives more job opportunities and the one to benefit the most from this is the audience.
