In his video, Xander, accompanied by his partner Gena Mago, appealed to Makagwapo to fulfill his promise of giving them P349,000. Xander claimed that Makagwapo had volunteered to cover all the expenses for their child’s baptismal celebration.

This move sparked disapproval as it appeared that he intended to use his own money to entice people to participate in the activity.
