The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Winner is Michelle Dee and here are the other winners.
MISS UNIVERSE PHILIPPINES 2023 – Michelle Dee of Makati of Makati is named the Miss Universe Philippines 2023.
Makati’s Michelle Dee is the new titleholder of Miss Universe Philippines. Celeste Cortesi crowned her at the SM Mall Of Asia Arena in Pasay City where the event was held.
Last year, she also joined the competition where she had a 1st runner-up finish and she believed that joining again this year shows she has “so much to prove”. This is her second time joining the competition.
Congratulations to the new queen!
Prior to joining Miss Universe Philippines, Michelle represented the Philippines in the Miss World 2019 competition.

2nd runner-up: Miss Pampanga Angelique Manto

Meanwhile, in a previous article, MUPH 2022 Celeste Cortesi spoke to her successor who, at that time, is still unnamed. Accordingly, the successor, to be the empowered and inspirational woman, should really stick to her principles and values and be guided by her purpose.
She then added, “And of course, always enjoy and really cherish every single moment because again, this, for me, has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life.”
