Here’s the “Steve Harvey” moment of Alden Richards during the pageant.
ALDEN RICHARDS – Miss Universe Philippines 2023 host Alden Richards has this “Steve Harvey” moment during the competition.
Steve Harvey is the famous and iconic host of the Miss Universe pageant who became famous and iconic because of what happened in 2015. He mistakenly called the wrong winner of the pageant.
This incident earned critical comments around the world. He called Colombia as the winner but took responsibility for the mistake as the real winner was PH’s Pia Wurtzbach.
And recently, during the MUPH 2023 pageant, host Alden Richard had a “Steve Harvey” moment. He called the wrong name for Miss Friendship.
The pageant is hosted by Xian Lim and Alden. This event is graced by Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi and Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel. American Idol Season 11 runner-up Filipino-American singer Jessica Sanchez will be performing at the coronation night.
