Queen Elizabeth II’s eldest son King Charles III is now the ruler of the United Kingdom. The Queen passed away on September 8 at her summer home in Scotland.

Charles was married to Lady Diana Spencer. However, there were claims that she was only impressed by his status and that he didn’t seem to be in love with her at the beginning of their relationship.

Charles and Diana’s love developed after becoming engaged in February 1981, and it eventually resulted in marriage. In July of the same year, they tied the knot at St. Paul’s Cathedral in front of loved ones. They are blessed with two (2) sons – Princes William and Harry. Diana died in a car crash in 1996.

On Saturday, May 7, Charles was crowned in front of millions of television viewers and at least 100 world leaders. Queen Camilla, Charles’ second wife, was also crowned as a royal consort.

Several people attended the lavish celebration, including President Bongbong Marcos and First Lady Liza Marcos. In a previous article. Kapuso actress Ai-Ai delas Alas was among those who paid tribute to Princess Diana at the coronation of King Charles III. She posted a photo of the former Princess of Wales on Instagram the day after the coronation.

“Naalala ko sya. sa sad ako kasi dapat sya ang Queen Diana .. dbale na hayaan na wala ako magagawa and wala din naman silang pakialam sa opinyon ko pero tingin ko hindi lang ako ang nakakaramdam nito ngayun”

The comedy queen also included the following hashtags in her Instagram post: “#myqueen,” “#naiinisakotoday,” #nab*bw*sitakokayc” and “#queendiana”

The post of the 58-year-old celebrity has earned over 13.5 K likes so far. Several netizens agreed with her sentiments in the comments section.
